Account recovery for Toosick4U

I have a game account called toosick4u that I got to level 39. The account was registered to a kabam ID (not this one). When I went onto the account one day it came up with the starter screen that you get when you first download the game. I didn't know what to do so I just tapped. It took me to the first cutscenes and I played through the tutorial. Then I went to settings and logged into the(aforementioned) kabam account but instead of giving me my old game data it saved the newly started account. I would like to get the old account but don't know how. Does anyone know what I can do?

    Go to the little settings icon in the top left, login via Kabam and then put the details in for that account

    Did you submit a ticket to support clearly describing your situation?

    The "Toosick4u" account still exists. It's a game account with 97 heroes, 60414 base rating, and Black Panther (Civil War) as its top champion. I'm assuming that is yours.

    I'm also assuming that you had already tried the following steps (in order):

    1. Click gear icon in upper left-hand corner.
    2. Click "login options"
    3. Click "Log Out"
    4. Click "Log In" next to "Already have an account?"
    5. Select "Sign in with Google Play Games" or "Sign In with Kabam". In your case, you pick Kabam.
    6. Enter your email address for user id and your password
    7. Click "Log In"

    If that don't work, then I would recommend submitting a ticket.

    Hello guys. I used to have an account too on a gmail account which i can no longer recover. I created that account somewhere in the first quarter of 2015. Is it still possible to recover that one?
