Comparing BWCV and Doom in Abyss

I’ve heard from plenty of people that Black Widow is a good option for Abyss if you do not have Doom, but few of the walkthroughs I have seen mention which fights she is good for/how that compares to Doom, so if someone could elaborate that has actually used her in the Abyss, that would be great!

Ps. Not quite there yet but I don’t have a Doom, and I love my R5 Claire so I wanted some perspective as I am in the planning phase. I run suicides all the time because changing masteries is unnecessarily expensive as a F2P, and I know all of the Doom hype, but if I had him at the moment I feel like I just wouldn’t want to play him much. *gasp* Anyways, looking forward to some interesting replies...

    I dont think BWCV is good for Abyss really, have not seen anyone use her for a real run anyway.

    Claire is great for any fight with an immunity. It allows you use her with SP3 spam, so she can solo a lot of fights. Hyperion, medusa, CMM, even Omega.

    Her downfalls include a couple of fights that don’t have immunities, that you still want a nullifier for - VTD, the Champion, and cull to an extent (though she’s still very good for cull).

    Overall she’s a great option, but then those couple fights are more annoying than they would be with another mystic
