Symbiote Supreme works really well for Medusa
Get to SP3 and then spam bleeds

Why did you mention Ghost, lol. It's a "do you bleed" Medusa, and Ghost isn't doing anything against her.

I used my rank 5 archangel to solo her. As for the paths, I took the delirium path by the left with my G2099. Used archangel for the magik. The black Bolt miniboss is easy with Claire.

As for the paths, I'd suggest you to go through the maps of the quests yourself coz there'll be some obviously easy lanes for you depending on your roster, if not that you can look up in YouTube for the suggested paths for the first clear.
I'll leave my advice on the bosses alone based on my experience.
And this was before all the nerfs were announced, so they may have become much easier now to get through.

6.3.1 Medusa- Any decent bleeder will work well against her. Archangel, Carnage, Killmonger maybe even Ronin. Having despair helps a lot to deal with her healing via buffet when you do trigger it. I used Archangel and Carnage, there's a cosmic boost that gives you true strike each time she nullifies a buff against a cosmic champion, not that carnage needed it but it was a nice bonus..not having to worry about her auto block and subsequently the explosive personality node. I had Nick as back-up but didn't need to use him coz of how well Carnage and Archangel performed.
Parry heavy with Archangel to just apply bleeds and try to avoid her sp1 as much as possible without triggering dexterity. I had 3/3 despair for this fight. Killmonger would be very helpful too as you can get true strike and not have to worry about her autoblock.

6.3.2 Nick Fury- Any decent mutant will do great against him. This is one of my favorite boss fights in act 6. It's totally upto you to figure out the ideal rotation. The empowered immunity paired up with debuff immunity can be used to your advantage to try and push him to his sp2 to avoid tactical charges buildup which is even easier if you do it with a mutant champion. I personally used a Nick for this fight coz I lacked a decent mutant that I was comfortable with. You can use any good mutant that you have. If it's a mutant that inflicts a lot of debuffs you just have to be wary about the power he gains due to empowered immunity. The decoy phase is long but this fight is about patience and figuring out what champion and rotation works for you. Once his decoy is destroyed, stall and wait for him to kill himself to 30% and then you can carry on beating into him.
Your top mutant that you are comfortable with is probably the way to go.

6.3.3 Havok - There's a resistor lane which I believe is still the easiest way to get to him especially if you have great mystics, so let me just put it out there.
It's Havok with crumbling armor, extinction protocol and I believe 50% improved power gain, I maybe mistaken.
You just need a typical Havok counter, say Warlock, Guillotine 2099, Colossus, Doc Ock, Angela. I'd say Colossus, if you have him, is the best option here since crumbling armor won't affect him and if you have even one point in willpower it'll keep your health bar pretty much full always.
I used Doc Ock, he's pretty underrated against this boss. The constant power locks (that technically count as power drains when Ock is awakened) due to his natural power gain paired with improved power gain, let me do some insane rotations in the corner. This kept his plasma buildups at bay and the aggressive playstyle pretty much meant crumbling armor was never anything to worry about.
Using a non robot like Doc Ock, Angela or Colossus is better imo coz of the willpower that you can take advantage of.
Dr Voodoo works well here too if you are skilled with him and since the recommended path is an easy cheesy resistor lane it's basically a double advantage for bringing him.

6.3.4 IMIW- I used Doc Ock against IMIW too. Not only could I capitalize on the constant arc overload and siphon some of that healing for myself, using doc ock also made the final 15% a breeze. At the time he had I believe 100% improved power gain and that meant I could lock him in the corner and heavy spam till he died. Doc Ock's perfect parries made reparries a lot of fun.
Other options are probably a Corvus with a bunch of missions and a power boost, Human Torch with the flame on, Proxima Midnight too. The last 15% is something that you need to worry about. Now the power gain from improved power gain has been reduced to 50% and that makes it a little better. Hyperion could work well too for the first 85%.

    6.3.5 Mysterio- This was horrible.
I just powered through this with 5 revives and I used Quake. Had brought Nick and Torch too coz they can bypass miss from Tunnel vision and also his natural miss from sp2. I was running suicides and had not farmed any potions (my bad). I realized it's costlier to run Nick and Torch coz the attack values were not nerfed at that time. Quake did about 20% of his health before I died to his poison each time and that was a cheaper way to go since I did not need to heal quake. Revive and go that's it.
Now, however his attack has been cut down substantially and the armor break immunity has been removed. This opens up a lot of options. The tunnel vision will still be annoying if you are not using appropriate miss counters. Just make sure you don't repeat your actions twice in a row. Human torch, Nick, Corvus, maybe Medusa and also the newly buffed Magneto (assuming you have him) will work great against him especially coz he's classified as #metal. Magneto cannot reduce his ability accuracy however, because Mysterio is immune to it naturally but your sp2s will still hit hard.

6.3.6 Cap IW - "Pre-nerf", this was a Ronan stun lock cheese, however he's been changed to have aggression fury now instead of unlimited power. And I'm afraid I used the "obvious suspect" Ghost here with the Hood synergy to tank his sp3s.
There are interesting counters to him other than Ghost.
An alliance mate of mine used Stark Spidey against him, just build poise during his destructive feedback (when the yellow shield is up) and hit him when it's on cooldown. Stark Spidey's taunts meant that Cap was more likely to throw whatever special attack he had ready and his huge crit rate and damage at high poise charges helped him deal some crazy damage.
So sticking to the same theme, any champ with high crit rate will help, say Stealth Spidey and Corvus ofcourse.
Aegon with Heimdall is a great option too if you have him. Make sure you do the heavy charge cheese trick to maximize your damage when his shield is on cooldown. Heimdall will let you tank and survive one sp3 which inturn will give you 6 furies and you can do some nutty damage. Try to make him throw his sp3 when destructive feedback is on cooldown so that you can follow up with your combo. Well this maybe easier said than done, especially now since you'll have to be hitting him to keep his aggression fury at check, prior to the nerf atleast I would have stalled and hit him to give enough power to throw his sp3 when destructive feedback is on cooldown. The presence of aggression fury however, changes everything.

The attack values have been cut across the entire chapter and adjustments have been made to some of the bosses. I'm not sure of the healthpool reduction though.

Anyway, I hope it helps and excuse my English I'm a non-native speaker.
    Cheers!
