If Android can hit 120hz on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, why can't iPad Pros?

I'm just curious, an iPad Pro is more than capable of handling this game at 120hz

Kabam have previously stated that the game can't run on 120hz. Its capped at 60 hz I think.

It's not good at 120, tried it on my galaxy 20. Graphics look blurry at times (beginning of fight when heroes rush each other) and screen response varies. Sometimes u tap screen lightly for basic attack and u end up doing heavy, really throws u off.
At times it does look smooth but overall not worth it. I reset my screen to 60.

I think it's meant to be capped at 60 or 30 but if you force it, it causes problems

But why do iOS devices only run at 30? The most powerful device, yet Android isn't capped at 30? I agree with what Doctorb has said, because I have a Tab S7+ and an iPad Pro
