5* Guardian for Act6 completion

Just pulled him. I can use a tech ag and put him to sig 200. I’ve watched videos and he looks like a “good” champ.

I have 6.4.4 - 6.4.6 left. Has anyone used him to complete act 6?

Anyone have a 5* Guardian period and can tell me their thoughts...mostly questing and for alliance events?

I’ve seen some videos but would like to hear first hand.

I've been watching more videos of him recently
He looks like a sick champ
Don't have him but theoretically he looks amazing for Act 6, especially with that awakened ability
FYI @Munash has done some testing with him recently why don't you check his channel out on YT?

I don't have him as a 5 or 6 star but I've encountered many lanes exploring Act 6 where I briefly thought to myself that Guardian would be a good option. I'd say it's worth it.

I have him at sig 200, but I haven’t really used him for general questing as I have all content finished. I’ve mostly been using him for some AQ variations.

At max sig his energy resistance is pretty nuts, enough to significantly mitigate damage from effects like Magik’s Limbo, Domino’s Critical Failure, and Electro’s damage-back mechanic. He can also reduce, negate, or heal from energy-based debuffs (e.g., Incinerate, Coldsnap) depending on your level of WP and debuff potency.

I’ve found him to be quite suicide friendly. Shorter matchups only last 1x SP1 and 1x SP2, and the WP healing from the Double Edge debuff offsets the recoil damage from the SP1 (due to his 80% bleed resistance). Longer fights I usually go SP3 then SP2.

His burst damage is great, but his overall practical DPS can seem underwhelming, especially against bigger healthpools where you’ll want to build to your SP3 first. Learning how to parry specials is great for building power quickly and subsequently increasing his DPS.

I’ve also been enjoying his high block proficiency, and his ability to perfect block special attacks. The block proficiency benefit he grants his teammates isn’t gamechanging but it’s certainly noticeable, and definitely quite nice in some scenarios.

Happy to answer any specific questions you might have.
