Awakened Cap iw can purify debuffs when there's a skill champion in the team.
I used this on bio hazard and the bleed was purified but the opponent still behaves as though I was bleeding, i.e carnage had a power gain buff and blade had his vampiric aura active,
Both fights in cavalier difficulty 3.1, not sure if I'm missing something.
