Hi y'all. During the previous level up solo event I levelled Torch and G2099 up to r3.
I ranked up Tigra to r2 lvl 1 for the next level up event but then I thought, why is Doc Voodoo still down there at r1 lvl1, he's got some good uses but one way or another I always overlooked him.
Please let me know what you think, I'm currently at 5.3.6 and here's my 5 star roster:
