Iceman can't parry when his last hit is 2nd medium. The gap is too large. There was something similar with the ghost rider and the star lord

    Yes, very annoying.

    Well, he “can” parry after finishing with Medium, but just have to delay your parry block a lot longer that you’re accustomed to with everyone else (which are more in line with Iceman's SP1).

    Seems like this had become longer at some point semi-recently (this month or last month or 2 max) because I don’t remember having to switch to ending him with Light instead all the time in order to Parry normally.

    Yes this is true, it's a bit possible to parry if you're lucky enough but, if you wanna parry with him after 2nd medium, just block, move back or hit the opponent's block then parry.
