Arena Bug Frozen Screen

When I try to move my champion list the screen freezes but the background keeps moving, nothing works. Neither tab works for me

    happens to me sometimes when i win a fight i think its just bad network connection

    I don't think so, my Internet is very good, 100mb and this has never happened to me
