Game Crashes When I use She-Hulk in the Labyrinth

About 3 months ago, I decided to take my 5* She-Hulk all the way to rank 4 so I can use her in the Labyrinth. Now every time I try and use her in the Labyrinth, the game freezes and crashes as soon as I click the fight button. Im not sure what to do, as multiple months and game updates went by and this problem still hasn't been fixed.
