    No he is not. Wish he was. I would really like 3 * OG Vision. I am hoping the 6* comes out again soon passed on him last time. Won’t make the same mistake again.

    og hulk isn’t in the basic, but you can get him from the three star pick a hulk nexus crystal or 100% normal eq this month

    Have 0 maxed out 3 stars currently as I never wanted to spend iso on them. But now I guess I am gonna invest in them to improve my hero rating I suppose.
