When you have Hulk on your team, the description reads "Science champions place a passive weakness on the opponent reducing their attack by 50% except while being struck by them". This weakness passive is not being applied at all. Regardless if I'm attacking/blocking or the AI is attacking. Nothing happens. Here's a clip.

    the weakness isnt a debuff, its passively present during the fight u just cant see it, reduces block damage and any damage u might get without actually being hit by the defender
