Guillotine 2099 power drain not working

Guillotine 2099 power drain on SP1 no longer seems to be working, yes I have dig soles before anyone asks. The device I am using is a IPad my partner is also seeing the same problem on her device, no power drain on Xbones boss fight act 6.1

I experienced it testing to see if it worked in ROL winter soldier fight, same issue the opponents energy goes up slightly from the hit but no power drain.Anyone else seeing the same?

    Ehh maybe you used 2 pre-fights? If so then there's no power drain.

    If not you could post some evidence.

    Nope didn’t use her pre fight ability it just wasn’t draining power at all. going to give it a few more tries later today and record see if I can get it to repeat although I just fought her in arena and she power drained me.

    There are different Champs or Nodes making them immune to power drain. Or I think every time my Armor Ups got destroyed (Armor Break or if you used the Charges) it didn’t work as well.

    So most times it works, but sometimes it doesn‘t but that’s part of her effects.

    I'm going to go test this. To see if it works. But from what i'm hearing so far its working perfectly.

    Actually im not on xbones, but their might be a nodes .
