I believe it's time to allow selling t4cc for t5cc fragments

I rarely post here but this issue has been bugging me for a while.
I am sitting on 5500 t4cc fragment crystals. So do most of my alliance mates. These never get opened as i get too many fully formed t4cc from various sources.
While t1a is too scarce to upgrade random 5 stars, these t4cc have become useless.
I know i am not the only one with this issue.
Now, having the ability to sell these would be the best option. However, i know Kabam Mike once said this would make t5cc less valuable, when they are now the most precious item in game.
But let me do the math for you:
5500 fragment crystals accumulated over 2 years, are sold for what is essentially 110 full t4cc.
Divide it by 6 classes, and multiply by 200 potential t5cc fragments, you get 3600 t5cc fragments per class.
That's right, 2 years of hoarding get you less than 10% of a full t5cc.
So in my opinion, that leaves t5cc still pretty valuable.

The rate limiting step in upgrading champs is definitely NOT t4cc.
If I was to open all my T4CC right now and then sell it, I'd probably be able to form a whole T5CC. The amount of T4CC we get is ridiculous and being able to sell it for T5CC would make the game too unbalanced.
