Root - why would parry-heavy whiff?

Red Mags vs Electra in the whatever it’s called Gamma quest. Electra charges while I’m rooted, I parry. Charge heavy. Her foot is inside my root circle. Whiff. So I wait to try it again 10 seconds later. She charges, I parry, her feet are inside my root circle, whiff.

Is this the intention of this node? Why would a parry push the oppo too far from a heavy attack? Is it just a Red Mags/short heavy issue?

    Yeah. That shouldn’t happen. I guess magnetos heavy has a really short reach
