Should Kabam readjust some numbers and abilities of DD(HK) ?

Ok ok ok I know we have seen a lot things on DD(HK) but maybe if we can vote as a community Kabam can maybe still change DD(HK). His stuff is really disappointing. His damage potential is massively dissapointing as his sig ability. They just need to change them if they want for him to be non compatible with suicides and add Heavy miss mechanic with a cooldown of 3 secs in base kit so players cannot heavy spam and mis use it. Please vote yes guys maybe we can make them rethink about DD(HK).
