Dear. global summoner's

This is a user of MCOC player with ID “박구74” in Alliance “RE.X”

I want to talk about the unacceptable banned about our's Member of alliance. (id : kossa1111)

he has been playing MCOC more than 5 years now and just experienced unusual happening which made me write an discussion.

Just last month in Nov, he had got suspended one week due to the violation of terms and conditions.

It has been 7 days of playing games after the suspension and I just got suspended permanently without any reason behind.

so, he sent e-mails of protest to the kabam customer service that but, received the wierd mail. (it's like a Automated reply system)

I don’t do both and still was banned twice after five years of dedicated game play and money spending on good deals.

My prestige almost 11k and a member of a great and understanding Re.x alliance (southasia no1. Alliance.)

Too bad because all this has come to an end for no reason at all.

It's couldn't imagine how frustrating it would be to be banned when he truly did nothing wrong.

    The solution is to start again, and this time don't break the ToS.

    You switch between ‘I’ and ‘he’, this could be because English isn’t your first language, which is fair enough.
    But also it could be that there’s 2 of you sharing the account which is a ban worthy offence.

    Kabam had same mistake to “디멘션”
    디멘션 is our alliance memeber too. a few month ago he banded 1week because kabam mistake. I think kossa1111 same case. I know he do not have pilot. Our aliiance do not play pilot
    I dont understand kabam system
    They dont answer ban reason.
    User dont know detail
    So when kabam user ban they answer reason and answer kind not robot
