Nebula power drain not working

Has anyone noticed Nebula special 1 power drain isn't working? Also I've noticed that when I'm in close combat with my champs and use the special one, nothing happens. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Yea I’ve had the same problem when using her, mine is awakened

    I got it, awakened 4* level5. I confirm, the power drain doesn't work.
    I hope Kabam is working on it.

    Just to be sure, her power drain potency depends on how many shock debuffs te opponent has. If you use the sp1 without shocking the opponent, she won’t drain any energy.

    read the abilities. the only error is the fact that power drain pops up when the opponent isn't shocked.
