People that go afk at the start of incursions

I think something should be done to the people that just sit there at the start of incursions and go afk. Like if they start it up and do nothing for 10 minutes they aren't allowed to play incursions for a few days. That way we have a better chance of getting matched up with people that are serious about running through it and don't just sit there.

    Or at least don't eliminate my team when I get matched with an offline player. Let me use the team again. I can't earn any rewards from incursions, because I can't use my good teams, because I get matched with offline players like 3 times in a row.
