Lost 6 star crystal

In the middle of the server crash yesterday, I got my shards for the anniversary which gave me enough for a 6 star champion. I was in the middle of opening it when the servers crashed. The crystal kept spinning out after I clicked on it. Then I got a error code saying that it couldn't "find" the shards that was required then the game completely crashed. When I logged back, I didn't have the shards or an unopened 6* crystal. This is extremely unfair because I didnt even get the shards I earned previously back either. I sent a support request but got no response back within the time I was told they would. I have video proof (sort of). I was recording it but stopped recording after it was spinning for too long.
