This is just unfair, players who are investing a lot of time and resources in this game are just screwed up by an emergency maintenance and all they got is a sorry? This can’t stand like this, the fault is on Kabam so they have to correct this because they did not make anything wrong.
Thats unacceptable to be knocked out after 13 fights of Abyss, refunding revives and unit doesn't cut this out, rime has bewn invested in getting that far. They should place you in your previous position to finish abyss off. Maintenance wasn't your fault and if it was gonna to cause people getting kicked out, why not give advance warning so that people do get into the quest at all. It doesn't make any sense, shouldn't say matainance happened and then that's it. They should place you back in Abyss and in your last position, SIMPLE!!!
I contacted support still no answer for hours. I spent hours of my time doing my initial clear just to get kicked out. Kabam need to put us back where we were or at least refund our resources.
So what happend to me is that kabam restored my game process, very good, how ever, the champ I was on and alsmost had KO before maintenece was back at 100% and my aegon that i had at 999 was back to 0
that means that I had to ramp aegon up in fights that was not really good fights to ramp him up on. that cost me additinally a lot of revives/units, and the abyss just took so much longer time.
but I was too far in to the abyss just to let it go, so finnished it now, but it costed me a lot more time and units that i should have. but at least they put me back in to the game, at least someting I guess
A simple analogue: you came to the store, bought groceries, just paid with your card, the light went out. Appeared, but the banking operation did not go through to the end. The money was withdrawn from you, but it did not reach the seller. Whose problem is this? Will the buyer be kicked out of the store without paid products? Get our resources back!
@Silverfang can you please let me know what have you talked with the support team? I made 3 tickets and still not get my progress restored or any of my resources.. I keep receiving the same copy, pasted response. It’s really frustrating to open tickets and all o got is a standard message...

Once again, if your session was interrupted *due to the maintenance*, our Support team can restore you on your path. Unfortunately, if you exit or quit the path (intentionally or unintentionally), our Support team will not be able to restore you on your path.
Very similar situation here, extremely slow response times from the Kabam support team with no timeframe or specific information regarding the resolution.
I have items expiring and I'm unsure if I should do another path or wait for a resolution that may or may not come. this is quite frustrating.
