[Question] Didn’t received reply from Support

Hi All,

I raised a support ticket 36 hours ago using in-game support button but haven’t received a response yet.

Did anything changed on how we contact to support?

Any help will be appreciated.

    Don’t worry you’ll get a generic copy and pasted reply in 48-72 hours that offers absolutely no help or frustrates you so much you’ll give up. They’ve made it nearly impossible to raise a valid concern. You’ll have better luck filling a complaint with the cable company.

    Yeah, it’ll come, but you will be disappointed.

    After about 36 hours, I finally got a reply about my missing 30,000 shards....

    “We have received a bunch of issues with the same complaint. We will let you know more soon. But we are investigating’”
