Serious LAGGING issues since this your little fix

I cannot for the life of me understand why you continue to make a great game terrible since the Netmarble purchase. I for one have spent thousands of dollars on this game. But i dont mind, as it is my one and only personal indulgence in life. HOWEVER, i am really beginning to get angry at this point. Every single patch, fix, update, since 12.0 has had major flaws. So you just fixed the dash back and the broken SP1 and SP2 issues, only to create a new one. The lagging issue are CRAZY!!!! The game developed some lag issues for the VERY FIRST TIME EVER in 2 years, the update before last. Now, the lagging is off the chain. Just about every other arena i play has become a joke. How can a person fight if the whole fight stutters and lags?! I pay good money to play this game. I expect excellence from you guys, and you fall short of the mark every single time. An ANGRY customer!! FIX YOUR DAMN GAME. If you dont start getting your sh** together, your envision another mass exodus in the future and you will have NO ONE to blame but yourselves. You have had every opportunity to make this game great again, but you fail at every turn!! It is becoming very sad.

    Seems to be related to your devices. I got no problem since the hotfix. Games is very similar to pre 12.0 update. Im on iphone 5s but I did not update my ios to 11.

    How can that be? I havent updated my phones operating system either. The game has been great for me for 2 years. I have NEVER had lagging issues, and yet would hear of others in past alliances, say they deal with it. Yet it began IMMEDIATELY following the hot fix.So the only thing that has changed with my phone, is that i updated with the current patch/hot fix. I have a samsung galaxy s5. Quad core processor. your comment doesn't make sense. But of course we are talking apples and oranges since you use an apple product.

    Dude i just upgraded from a Samsung galaxy s5 which had those exact lag problems 2 updates ago and now I'm on an iPhone 8 and I still notice major problems with evading after blocking, and random movements like autofight is on in arenas and AQ where it will dash in or away on its own. Also seems like the Ai sometimes comes out of the middle of being combo'd to block a special when there is literally no time for them to do so.
