Hi everyone i just saw this and I'm really confused aren't both of them skill champions?
Anyone who has an idea about it , if they can help me it will be really appreciated.

    Karnak is a Inhuman but Kabam chose to make him Skill for some reason that's why there's 2 different Catalysts

    He is an inhuman who never received powers, he has some extra strength and reflexes but was never exposed to terregen, thus he is technically a skill character with cosmic aspects within him. I like this aspect of him, he just sucks as a character.
