Parry timing is messed up bad

I had numerous reports from players in my alliance then just experienced against a doom in war missed a bunch of parries something is way off

I think it’s due to lag or maybe an intentional delay programmed into the AIs. I notice that they seem to walk or step into their punches now or maybe hesitate just slightly before throwing them. It’s annoying for sure.
