I thought for once I wasn't being spat on by kabam, I got a 5* crystal then a 5* nexus, I go into my crystals and only the nexus is there, I have been spat on enough by this company, I have had it, never playing g this game again

    Since they changed it I don't know how to do that, everytime they change things I have to learn how to use it, I have mild dyslexia, which means I can read and write but not know what it means

    pretty sure 5* crystal isn't one of the prizes, 10k shards but not a crystal

    But the 5star crystal popped up next to the nexus, and no I never take screen shots, I wish I did

    what specifically do you mean by popped up next to? there's no bug like that afaik

    Before you decide to just quit the game, look under the shard crystal tab. It's probably there. The same thing happened to me when I finished chapter 1 of the challenge & I found the 5* crystal there.
