His abilities are literally 4 sentences . And that too is copy paste. A trophy champion can still be an average champ with decent synergies. He is at the bottom of the barrel. Compared to Wolverine or Goldpool for that matter.

Its like "hey you got a trophy champ" but in now
way excuse use of any gold or resources to rank him 😅😅

    With Synergy he‘s decent. Not that bad. I have a maxed one with max Sig from last year.
