Tigra’s miss not working

I am practicing tigra’s miss with apocalypse. I have seen videos of his sp1 missing when charging her heavy. This is not working for me. Does anyone know why?
I have a video but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it on here. It won’t let me post anything other than still shots.

If you are running succides or having weakness over tigra then miss not work

If Tigra has a weakness, exhaustion or slow debuff, her miss mechanic won't work

I wanted to elaborate on what others are explaining. Tigra can still "duck" projectiles with suicides equipped. However, Apoc will place a Weakness or Poison on you when he launches an L1 if you are suffering from a damaging debuff. And of course, weakness causes Tigra's Misses to fail. You may be able to wait out Double Edge but Liquid Courage is constant. So for that particular matchup, you can not use suicides if you are planning to duck Apoc's specials.
