I'm biased towards him and I'm never gonna deny it but CapIWs sig isnt reliable unless you can get him to sig 200. All his utility comes from the sig but it's gonna fail when you need it most unless he's sig 200 bc rng is evil.
Perosnally, I'd say save it for now, and see if the coming side events have any class gems, then you'd regret using a generic on a class that you pull.

I mean, AA also wants a high sig. Somewhere in the 130s to gain the sweetspot of 3 neurotoxins totally shutting opponents down, right?
I've been using my 6* Cap in AQ for months now, ever so slowly feeding him sigs from 20. He's at 150 now, and he's been quite reliable ever since sig 100 or so.

Sig 112 gives 100% AAR at 3 neuros while sig 1 does it at 4 neuros. Plus 1 neuro is an instant heal block after sig 1.
Not saying capiw is a bad choice. Just my experience with him below sig 200. Maybe rng just hates me😂

Either way I think CAIW is a better choice and worth the investment. You will get sig stones in time.
