    I reckon Proxima Midnight has much much more damage than utility. Obviously nobody has NO utility, but she was the closest/first I could think of.

    Sentry although his damage isn't the best either.
    Edit: Sentry with Void synergy does have some utility but you have to sacrifice all your mediocre damage for that.

    She actually has some utility:

    An armour buff, making her an immediate Havok counter, decent regeneration to keep her topped off and potentially be used for the "Gimme" node, a plethora of buffs making her eligible for "Buffed up", no reliance on debuffs for damage, and her sig ability while quite niche has its uses. It might not be much, but she does have utility.

    She has armour to counter havok. Her nullify resistance is useful. She has fury and precision. Can be used for buffed up. Also best option for Cav EQ coamic
    Hyperion is now better for buffed up EQ than Angela since they've reduced the amount of aptitude you can gain.

    Not to mention buffed up sym supreme in 6.1.6

    I still wonder who designed that fight, smfh
