Do I have to get the maximum solo milestone rewards in the gifting event to be eligible for the solo ranked rewards and the alliance ranked rewards?

    As for solo, I would assume not. Rank is determined by your point level and I don't see any in-game messages that make it clear you must reach all milestones to be eligible for rank rewards.

    TL:DR - No, you're eligible for both alliance and solo ranked rewards so long as you contribute.
