Help request freeze

On my iPad, every few matches in any arena the game locks up on the champion select screen. I finish a match, hit next series or continue, my champ screen comes up, I hit a plus sign or two, and then I can't do anything else. Lightning still crackles in the background but nothing responds. Anyone else?

    yepp having the exact same issue on an android device. its making it really hard to want to do arena when i have to restart the game countless times just to ask for help

    yeah I have this issue quite consistently as well. seems related to the way the game always freezes up any time its having trouble connecting to gameservers, which only sometimes causes a red wifi symbol to appear on screen
