**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

AQ tier issue

So we are into day 4 of this tier issue and still no movement nor have we gotten any sort of update in a while. You have alliances that are getting screwed out of glory, map 6 crystals and if not resolved there will be even more loss. Some sort of update would be the the only respectful thing for the alliances running map 6 x 5 since there is the potential for a lot of wasted material for no reason at all.

    Vydious has repeated his assertion there is nothing to say and has been closing threads like this accordingly.

    With that said, the better question is why?

    Two possibilities jump to mind: (1) they don’t know how to fix it or (2) they know the solution will be unpopular.

    This round of AQ should never have continued, kabam are obviously panicking about their mistake of letting it carry on.
    We are not even allowed to discuss it, so obviously something to hide or they would allow us to talk about it.

    There is nothing to discuss. There hasn't been any new information to share, and creating more and more threads to complain is not helping anybody or getting us closer to a solution.

    As for the idea that we should have just restarted or something along those lines, we can't take actions like that until we have fixed the problem that was causing the issue, and we can't do that until we have found what caused it to begin with. If we don't, what's keeping it from happening the next time too?

    This isn't instantaneous, and we know it's been a while since we've had news on it, but I assure you that as soon as we have more information, we'll let you guys know.
