Interaction with corvus, biohazard and Archangel

So I’ve fought archangel twice in aq on biohazard path using Corvus and both times took a nuerotoxin despite not getting hit. Is it because he is only bleed resistant and not immune? Does this same interaction affect other champs? Guess I will take an immune champ to it next time.

Corvus's bleed resistance makes him take less damage from bleed (100%), but he is still inflicted with the bleed since he is not immune. That bleed can still interact with abilities, such as Archangel's.

I understand that but I still never got hit. Isn’t a hit necessary to apply nuerotoxin to a poisoned target?

Nope, Neurotoxins activate when a Bleed is placed on a Poisoned target.
