Depends what you need. They're all around the same level imo, but if you need someone with solid damage and a debuff shrug-off, go with Elsa. If you need a tanky champ/defender with niche immunities, go with Thing. If you need a big damage nullifier, go with Longshot. And if you need someone with high power gain that destroys armor rating, go with Aarkus.
@Etjama thanks for the tip, I'll be looking forward to go with Elsa or longshot as I use them most of the times in act 5. I got vision aarkus last month but I just ranked him up and I already had a lot of tier 4 cosmic catalysts so probably after I'm done with Elsa or longshot I'll be able to rank him. At the moment I haven't been using thing a lot but yes , he's a good defender and he's fun to use so I'll be thinking about him later on.

No problem, if it's between Elsa and Longshot, I'd personally go with Elsa. She's an evade counter with a non-damaging debuff shrug-off and has solid damage while Longshot really just used for 1 thing he does well and there aren't a whole lot of high-buff scenarios throughout Act 5 anyways.
