The Team has identified a fix for the recent Catalyst Offer issue.

Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.

Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.

We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.

Which reward do you prefer?
It is essentially the same but I personally find the 10% crystal much more enticing because it brings me closer to a catalyst in one class instead of being split between several. What is your preference?

    I think because the odds would be less even with fewer tries, it would mean you reach 45k in one before the other. So if you aren’t TB or you have a few that are closer than others, 10% would be better, but if you already have a handful of r3, 5x2% would be better since it would balance out better.

    Normally I’d say 10%—however, I’m 250 shards away from a mutant T5, which makes the 2% more attractive now.
