What's with the game optimisation

I was thinking of expressing my views on afore mentioned topic but this month's update just pushed me.
Bugs of a champ are acceptable considering the complexity of this game. But when the optimisation is just worthless then it certainly affects the playstyle and comfort of the players. The issues I hv been facing are enlisted below. Maybe it's with me or my device. But I think many are facing those issues.
1. Sudden pause during special initiation.
2. Sudden Pause resulting my combo into heavy keeping me open and sometimes getting hit.
3. High graphics sp are affected most. Ex:thing, ebony, aarkus sp2 etc.
4. Pause during parry. You just don't know for few moments if u parried or not to initiate heavy. I use AA and Mags so I m just irritated to hell.
5. All this issues are manifested into a chaos In Incursion which is just a test of patience.

Over all I m disappointed. Now a days there are lots of games on your plate to pass your time and enjoy which is the main purpose of gaming. But if it fails to do so then it is better choice to pass your plate. I m with this wonderful game for 2 years and have a certain affinity and likeness. But in the recent scenario I think have to move on.
