  Yeah, be bleed or poison resistant so you heal from it, Omega, red mags, I abom, HB, corvus.

  There's also that mutant specific mastery that reduces the duration of bleed debuffs. I forget what it was called

  Yes to suture and yes to the mutant only bleed reduction mastery in the sense that they do reduce damage from Double Edge but it has already been proven time and time and again that spending mastery points on these is a total waste in terms of waht you get in return. Watch the many YouTube videos on these topics, you'll see.
  
  Unfortunately, the best way to reduce suicide damage is to use champs that negate recoil and poison/bleed damage ( like Magik, Duped CMM and Ghost with Hood synergy) and/or champs that are poison/bleed immune and that do not depend on throwing many Sp1 and Sp2s, just Sp3s ( Like Red Magneto, Hyperion, Warlock, Omega Red, Claire Voyant, G2099, Corvus, Nick Fury when he hasn't used LMD yet, among a few other minor champs that are not god/beyond god tier ).
  
  Besides that there really is no counter to eliminating/reducing suicide mastery damage. To put it in other words, the counter to suicide mastery damage is your choice of champs to use. Use the wrong ones and you'll just be turning suicides into a painful waste of units and mastery points.
