Back Issue Not Showing Up

I have a friend that is new to MCOC and Back Issue is not showing up for them. Is that a bug? Or is there something they need to do first? They're a level 28 and in the middle of Act 2.

    Classic difficulty is for the nostalgia more so than the rewards

    Nope. The Classic difficulty has the OG defenders that was used when the quest ran. The Variant one has more modern and recent defenders in it.

    Varient is same just difficulty is raised a good amount. Classic is basically a re-release of the original map and nodes

    Oh, ok. So Classic has the original difficulty and champs of when it came out and Variant has the newer champs with increased difficulty. Gotcha.

    You dont need level 45. I have a second account at level 35 where i've completed a few classic quests. I'm not sure what your friends problem is though

    Do you remember when they popped up for your second account? Maybe at level 30?

    I think it was a lot earlier than that. Are you sure your friend is looking in the right place?

    Yeah, I even looked myself because I figured they are not familiar with the game so I'll find it for them and it was not there.
