Anyone having problem on changing the email address of the account?

I really struggled on this process to prove ownership of my account through 5 security questions. Does anyone here with an account at least 2 years old successfully changing your email address? If not, are you having the same problem?

    Same here. Tried twice. Support did not confirm and closed ticket, so i did not try further.

    They didn't even let me know which is the incorrect answer so I can check on it. I was so desperate. I swear this is the worst support platform I've ever encountered.
