Psycho Man - Magnet Bug

Anyone else have the issue where Magneto isn’t placing a magnet debuff on Psycho Man even though he’s a #metal champ?

    don’t try to do a heavy until after magnetism applies or the concussion might prevent it from applying

    It's not a bug. The potency of Psycho-Man’s Concussions are increased by 75% flat against Mutants.
