Falcon is the 3rd best skill champ in the game,I don't know why people underrate him so much.His -100% DAAR is the best DAAR in the game, and his damage goes nuts with lock on and cruelty charges.I would rate him above honke(new name for monke) and stealth.Some people say Blade is better than him,dude he's probably 8th or 9th best skill.
