Has anyone tested Killmongers with Winter Soldier ?
Winter Soldier gets 5% Attack per hit = 100 combo is 500% Attack
My winter soldier 5-star is only rank 2, with suicides on, took him to Rol WS
and with Fury + 100+ combo i critted 6346 hits which is how much my 5/65 Corvus
crits one he gets 1 Charge + Armor Break.
I can only imagine Winter Soldier at 5/65 Dupped, something tells me he easily crits 10-12k

That's it he honestly needs a tuneup
although I believe they'll skip him and release new WS version...
I believe WS needs similiar utility to Cable, Poison Resistance, Having maybe triggered some
Regen or Power Gen when gaining sp power...
or just incinerate immunity
