Fancy letter's in summoner name

Hello guys
I have seen some fancy letters in summoner name and I was thinking for some time of changing my IGN so I want to know how we can use any fancy letter or symbol in our IGN ?
Also if u guys can tell me what we can use and what we can not .

    Not too sure about it, but those are probably just copy/paste from somewhere on the internet, and not actually typed from the keyboard

    You can try typing it in global chat to make sure it doesn’t get you a question block.

    Probably copy paste or a foreign keyboard with letters that look similar, think Russian has a lot of those

    Just searched the web for a Russian keyboard and made up my username as similar as I could then copy pasted it here.

    You can use any letters with accents just by holding down the letter until the other options pop up. äčðëğïöřšťüž etc. that's on an android keyboard, dunno about iPhone.
