Need to raise ticket as couldn’t use the desired rank up gem

Hi,
I wanted to use my 2015-2017 generic rank 3>4 rank up gem on falcon which was expiring from stash, but unfortunately I couldn’t use it as it was asking me to use the 2016 3>4 rank up gem instead. Hence I had to use it on Ronan. Can I please get Ronan reverted back to rank 3 & falcon be taken to rank 4 at the same cost if that generic rank up gem please?

    The site at which we raise tickets is under maintenance since more than a week. Hence couldn’t raise this issue there.

    Try contacting support. You can do so via the ingame menu, that will redirect you to the updated website

    It's no longer the old KabamForce support site.
    They changed to a new one (submitting a ticket is in upper right of that new site).
