Do you play a different game than me? Cause in the version I play, both caps have about 3 lines of text in their abilities, one of them repeated a couple times for each special. You cannot tune an ability that doesn't exist
My guess is Mephisto a value update Vision & Vision. And the reason they are not releasing this information is to avoid spoilers. Or maybe Mephisto, strange and Vision (AoU). March champs Clea and wonder Man. Or maybe quicksilver.

Its just a value only buff. None of the meme champs can benefit much from that.
International Women’s Day is in March. She Hulk, Spider Gwen and Gamora were buffed in March 2019. I think Angela and other 3 female champions will be buffed next month.

Moderate updates are the mid size buff with new numbers and some new abilities. Like falcon and kingpin.
Overhaul is the big one. Basically a brand new champ like hulkbuster, colossus and magneto.
In March, we are getting 2 tune ups/ value updates (1 of which is confirmed to be Angela) and 2 moderate updates.
