Missing Rewards

I am missing the rewards regarding the 7 day event Summoner Advancement [575,410 points] and the last 3 day Item use event [ 36,605 points] . Didn't received them in the inbox nor they are in the rewards.
Does anyone else has this issue?

    I got my rewards for both of them. If you haven't gotten them yet, write a ticket. Also, were you in the alliance for the whole event?
