  As you can see in this video, it took Bero Man around 44 minutes to ROL finish with a 3 star loki. Swedeah's 5 r5 groot took and 1 hr 23 minutes to do the same feat. Swedeah and Bero Man are both awesome. Groot meanwhile is trash.

  Morever , loki's sp 2 does 7% damage . So all the fights with him takes almost the same amount of hits.

  Yes but a 3 star shouldn't be able to outdamage a 5 r5. Unless that 3 star is infinite ramp up like she-hulk, profx, guardian, or cgr maybe.
