500k rating!


I understand 500k rating isn’t that great but it’s something I’ve been aiming for since i started playing. Figured it would take me a while but it was definitely a lot shorter than I expected

    Why? Parry and Dex are all you need to do all content. Masteries just make it slightly easier. I understand suicides are nice if you do a lot of arena, and willpower is good, but other than that they won't hurt you by not having them.

    Congrats, but yeah as others have said work on your masteries. My friend challenged me to explore act 6 without WP, which I ended up doing, but I really recommend you fix your masteries it is a massive benefit in the long run.

    Masteries like despair, DW, MD, resonate, coagulate, etc... open up champs to being viable to either complete fights they flat out couldn't without them or make it FAR easier to do so which causes you to spend less units on all content going forward.

    I'm not harping on you or anyone in particular. Just commenting on a trend I've noticed over the last couple of years especially. Everyone is free to do things however they choose, but it's just my personal opinion those of you perpetually putting off mastery investments are doing yourself a disservice

    I won’t lie, I neglected masteries for a long time. Only got despair about 2 months ago, and that was for abyss path 3.

    I think newer players prefer using them on content to get shiny new champs, rather than strategic decisions. If I could tell myself one thing, it would be to invest in masteries sooner

    I mean, I don’t think I got parry or dex until act 4.
