MAP 6/7 AQ (WILL BE ALL MAP 7 MMEEE MODS) GOLD 1 AW LOOKING FOR A FEW AFTER AW SEASON REWARDS

North American/European Map 6/7 AQ (working towards all map 7 in all bgs), Gold 1 (Don't push item use in aw and want to be tiers 5/6 and have been comfortably gold 1 the past couple seasons) alliance is recruiting for a few in North American/European time zones after AW Season ends. Very active alliance, SA is typically over 750k (often over 1m). Minimum prestige 10,650 (Current alliance average is 10,658 - looking to continue raising that up)
For AQ we have implemented map 7 in all BGS and will be moving towards all 3 BGS Map 7 MMEEE mods for 4 2% t5CC a week. We set things up by timezone to move all bgs through AQ as quickly as possible and free up champs.
For AW our goal is to stick in tiers 5/6 and maintain Gold 1 - we've been high gold 1 the past 3 seasons with no issues.
Wee do boss rush when tier 5 to minimize item use. We have no interest in pushing AW and getting into higher tiers with defense tactics.
Requirements - must be active, GOOD COMMUNICATOR, and not afraid of going after the minis/bosses - everyone needs to participate no free rides. Great group of guys (vocal majority is a bunch of dads in our 30s) - ally chat is always interesting to say the least.
We are part of a 10 alliance family that the other alliances include a map 6 gold 1 alliance, map 6 plat 4 alliance, map 7 epic mods tier 2/3 alliance, map 5 gold 2 alliance, map 5 Gold 3 alliance, Two Map 3/5/5 Silver alliance, a map 5 optional AW ally, a beginner/less active alliance for those on a break or just starting (one or two BGs AQ/AW), and a retirement alliance. Most who leave our alliance either step down or up to another one and stay within the family.
